At TechDukan.pk, we stand behind every product we sell. All products are 100% original and sourced from authorized distributors. This page explains our return policy, warranty coverage, and how to raise a claim.
1. Return Policy — 7 Days
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for products with genuine manufacturing defects. Returns are subject to review and approval — we do not accept returns without prior authorization.
How to Initiate a Return
- Record a clear video showing the defect or issue with the product
- WhatsApp the video along with your order number to +92 322 8218388
- Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days
- If approved, you will be given instructions to return the product
- Upon receipt and inspection, a replacement or store credit will be issued
Return Conditions
- Product must be in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and box contents included
- A video of the defect must be shared and approved before any return is accepted — no exceptions
- The customer bears all return shipping costs
- Cash refunds are not provided — returns result in store credit or product replacement only
- Returns requested after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances
What Is NOT Eligible for Return
- Physical damage caused by dropping, impact, or mishandling
- Water or liquid damage
- Products that have been opened, tampered with, or modified
- Damage caused by incorrect installation or usage
- Products returned without prior authorization from TechDukan.pk
- Products where original packaging, accessories, or manuals are missing
- Change of mind — we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse
Important: Claims become significantly more difficult to process after the 7-day window as usage-related wear and user-caused damage cannot be distinguished from manufacturing defects. We strongly encourage customers to test and inspect products immediately upon delivery.
2. Manufacturer Warranty
All products sold on TechDukan.pk are covered by the manufacturer's warranty for genuine manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, water damage, or wear and tear.

How to Raise a Warranty Claim
- Record a short video clearly showing the defect

- Our team reviews the claim within 1–2 business days
- Approved claims: product collected, inspected, repaired or replaced
- Customer bears all return shipping and re-delivery charges
Warranty Exclusions
- Physical damage from drops, impact, or accidents
- Water damage on non-waterproof products
- Damage from incorrect power supply or voltage
- Products opened or repaired by unauthorized third parties
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Products purchased from any source other than techdukan.pk
- Products with tampered or removed serial numbers
- Claims raised after the warranty period has expired
Note: Cash refunds are not provided under warranty. Approved warranty claims result in repair or replacement only. TechDukan.pk is not liable for data loss resulting from product failure — always maintain backups.
