Refund policy

TechDukan.pk offers a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.

Eligible for return:
- Dead on Arrival (DOA) — not functioning out of the box
- Wrong item delivered
- Manufacturer defect (not caused by mishandling)
- Damaged in transit (must be reported immediately)
- Missing accessories or incomplete box

Not eligible:
- Change of mind
- Physical damage caused by buyer
- Missing original packaging or seal
- Items reported after 7 days — no exceptions

To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp at +92 322 8218388 or email solution@techdukan.pk with your order ID and photos/video of the issue. We respond within 24 hours. Do not ship anything without prior approval.

Approved returns are resolved via replacement, exchange, or store credit. Cash refunds are subject to management discretion.

All products carry the official manufacturer warranty as specified on the product page.
