Acceptance of Terms
By visiting, browsing, or placing an order on TechDukan.pk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of this website immediately.
Products & Pricing
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate at the time of listing. However, TechDukan.pk reserves the right to correct errors, update pricing, or withdraw products from sale at any time without prior notice.
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We reserve the right to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price due to system error or pricing discrepancy.
Note on Stock: Product availability is not guaranteed until order confirmation is received. If an ordered item goes out of stock, we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative or full refund.
Orders & Payments
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. TechDukan.pk reserves the right to accept, modify, or reject any order at our discretion. An order is only confirmed upon receipt of our confirmation message via WhatsApp or email.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in eligible cities across Pakistan
- Prepaid orders via bank transfer or online payment are processed with priority
- Orders with incorrect contact details may be cancelled without prior notice
- Bulk or wholesale orders are subject to separate pricing and terms
Shipping & Delivery
We ship nationwide via reputable courier partners. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are subject to courier operations, location, and unforeseen circumstances. TechDukan.pk is not liable for delays caused by the courier company once the consignment has been dispatched.
Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel. Failed deliveries due to buyer unavailability may incur re-delivery charges.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including logos, product images, copy, and branding — is the property of TechDukan.pk or used with permission from the respective brand owners. Brand names such as Ezviz, Tenda, SanDisk, Western Digital, and Ugreen are trademarks of their respective owners, referenced solely to identify the products sold.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content from this website is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
TechDukan.pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our total liability in any dispute shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.
Your Privacy
We collect only the information necessary to process your order — including your name, contact number, delivery address, and order history. This data is never sold or shared with third parties except where necessary to fulfil your order (e.g., courier companies).
By placing an order, you consent to being contacted via WhatsApp or call for order-related communications.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from a transaction on TechDukan.pk shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
Changes to These Terms
TechDukan.pk reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
