All orders placed on TechDukan.pk are shipped from our Karachi warehouse. We partner with Pakistan's most reliable courier services to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

We select the most appropriate courier for your location and order to ensure the fastest, safest delivery possible.

Delivery Timeframes

Karachi 1–3 business days
Outside Karachi (all cities) 3–7 business days

Business days = Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Order Dispatch

  • Orders placed before 3PM PKT on business days are dispatched the same day
  • Orders placed after 3PM or on Sundays/public holidays are dispatched the next business day
  • A tracking number will be shared via WhatsApp or SMS once your order is dispatched

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on all orders nationwide. Payment is made directly to the courier at the time of delivery — no advance payment required.

Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Peak seasons (Eid, year-end)
  • Courier operational disruptions
  • Remote or difficult-to-reach locations
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
  • Strikes, floods, or other force majeure events

TechDukan.pk is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or external factors beyond our control. However, we will always follow up on your behalf if an order is significantly delayed.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails because no one is available to receive the order, the courier will attempt re-delivery. After multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. Re-delivery charges in such cases are borne by the customer.
