Our Return Commitment

At TechDukan.pk, every product is sourced directly from authorized distributors of brands including Ezviz, Tenda, SanDisk, Western Digital, and Ugreen. If your product does not meet expectations, our 7-Day Return Policy ensures you're fully protected.

Return Window

All return requests must be raised within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. Requests raised after this window will not be entertained under this policy β€” applicable brand warranty may still apply.

Eligible Returns

  • Dead on Arrival (DOA) β€” product not functioning out of the box
  • Wrong item received β€” delivered product differs from what was ordered
  • Manufacturer defect β€” hardware fault not caused by user handling
  • Damaged in transit β€” visible damage noted at time of delivery
  • Missing accessories β€” incomplete box contents upon opening

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened consumables (memory cards, cables, accessories showing use)
  • Physical damage caused by buyer β€” drops, liquid damage, or mishandling
  • Items with missing original packaging, seal, or documentation
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Software or configuration incompatibility issues
  • Items reported after the 7-day window β€” no exceptions

How to Return

  1. Contact us within 7 days β€” WhatsApp or email with your order ID, issue description, and clear photos or video of the product.
  2. Await approval β€” Our team reviews within 24 hours and issues return instructions. Do not ship without approval.
  3. Pack securely β€” Return in original manufacturer packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.
  4. Inspection & resolution β€” Inspected within 2–3 business days. Approved returns result in a replacement, exchange, or store credit as mutually agreed.

Manufacturer Warranty

All products carry the official manufacturer warranty as specified on the product listing. Warranty claims beyond the 7-day window are handled through the brand's authorized service centers in Pakistan.
